О переворачивании спина электрона при рассеянии несколькими дельта-0потенциалами для одномерного гамильтониана со спин-орбитальным взаимодействием

Аннотация

Изучены одномерные гамильтонианы Рашбы и Дрессельхауса со спин-орбитальным взаимодействием. Предполагается, что на линии имеются точечные потенциалы. Решена задача рассеяния и обсуждается возможность переворачивания спина
